Frequently asked questions
  • The test results have poor repeatability.
Reasons: irregular operation and equipment aging.

Solutions: Train the operators to ensure that they conduct tests strictly in accordance with the operating procedures. Regularly maintain and service the equipment and replace aged parts such as sealing rings and springs. At the same time, before each test, preheat and debug the equipment to ensure its stable performance.
  • The testing machine is too noisy.
Reasons: Wear of transmission parts and poor lubrication.

Solutions: Disassemble the testing machine and check whether transmission parts such as gears and belts are worn. If there are severely worn parts, replace them in time. Add an appropriate amount of high-quality lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication to ensure sufficient lubrication.
  • The equipment displays fault codes.
Reasons: System failure and hardware failure.

Solutions: Consult the fault code manual of the equipment to understand the meaning of the corresponding code. According to the code prompt, check relevant hardware components such as circuit boards and controllers. If it is a software system problem, try restarting the equipment or performing system updates and repairs.
  • The fracture position of the test piece is abnormal during the test.
Reasons: The test piece is not prepared in accordance with requirements and the clamping device is asymmetric.

Solutions: Prepare the test piece strictly in accordance with the standards to ensure that its size, shape and material uniformity meet the test requirements. Check the clamping device, adjust its position and clamping force to make it fix the test piece symmetrically and evenly.
  • The testing machine suddenly stops working.
Reasons: Power failure and overload protection triggered.

Solutions: Check whether the power connection is normal, whether the socket is loose, and whether the fuse is blown. If there is a problem with the power supply, repair or replace the corresponding parts. If the overload protection is triggered, check whether the loading force exceeds the rated range of the equipment. Reduce the load or adjust the test parameters, and then reset the overload protection device.
  • The loading speed is unstable.
Reasons: Hydraulic system failure and improper parameter setting of the control system.

Solutions: First, check the hydraulic system to see if there are leaks or blockages in components such as oil pumps, oil cylinders, and oil pipes. If there is a leak, replace the seal in time; if there is a blockage, clean and unclog it. At the same time, check the parameter settings of the control system. According to the test requirements and equipment instructions, readjust the relevant parameters of the loading speed, such as the control parameters of the proportional valve and the parameters of the PID controller.
  • There is a large deviation in test data.
Reasons: Reduced sensor accuracy and interference from the test environment.

Solutions: Calibrate and test the sensor. If it is damaged or the accuracy decreases, replace it in time. Optimize the test environment to reduce the influence of factors such as electromagnetic interference and vibration. For example, place the testing machine in an area far away from strong electromagnetic fields and perform shock absorption treatment on the test bench.
